I am having trouble accessing my account.

You can cancel, reactivate, or change the frequency of your subscriptions whenever you’d like by visiting the My Subscriptions portion of your account page.

How do I manage my subscription?

Product returns will be accepted up to 30 days from delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges. 

To initiate a return please complete this form. We will email you a prepaid shipping label to return your item(s). Please note that labels are provided during business hours.

Returns are processed within 72 hours of receiving and may take up to 30 days.

What is your return policy?

Thanks for being a Sanitas Rewards member! If you redeemed loyalty points for a discount but did not use that discount on your order, this discount code is still available and saved in your account. You may have also received an email and/or SMS containing the code. Any unredeemed loyalty discounts may be used on future orders with a value of $50 or more.
